KLEVEK FACTORY is an environment-friendly organization. In our plant, we abide by all legal regulations concerning waste control.

Basic types of industrial wastes:

• Sewage
• Gaz emissions
  

Sewage mainly contains vegetable and fruit wastes that are treated by our own renovated waste-water treatment plant through two stages:

• First stage: Mechanical separation. The separated wastes are biodegradable vegetable and fruit wastes. They are reused as animal feedstuff or as soil fertilizers. The sewage remaining after this stage consists of unclean water. It is then redirected to the second stage.
• Second stage: Water treatment. A special plant treats the remaining sewage water until it reaches an environmentally and legally acceptable level of purity. At this stage, the treated water is induced to the nearby river.

Undesirable gazeous emissions such as carbon monoxide, nitric oxide and sulphur oxide are minimized since we operate our thermal systems on gaz.
